Seeking experienced welders certified in Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) for large-scale structural and pressure vessel projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality welds on heavy steel plates and structural components using FCAW and SAW processes.
- Interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and fabrication drawings.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Ensure all welds meet or exceed AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy fabrication welding.
- Current certification in FCAW and/or SAW processes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical documents and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
CNC Horizontal Boring Mill Machinist

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate large CNC Horizontal Boring Mills (e.g., PAMA, INNSE).
- Machine large, complex components to tight tolerances based on engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
- Collaborate with the programming team to optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist on large-scale equipment.
- Proficiency with Siemens, Fanuc, or Heidenhain controls.
- Deep understanding of G-code, M-code, and complex blueprint reading.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Industrial Painter & Blaster

Responsible for surface preparation and application of industrial coatings on large steel components in accordance with project specifications.

Responsible for surface preparation and application of industrial coatings on large steel components in accordance with project specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare large steel surfaces through grit blasting and other methods to SSPC standards.
- Apply various industrial and marine coatings (e.g., epoxy, polyurethane, zinc) using airless spray systems.
- Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment safely.
- Monitor environmental conditions and coating thickness to ensure compliance with C5-M standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial sandblasting and coating application.
- Knowledge of different coating systems and their application methods.
- Familiarity with NACE/SSPC standards for surface preparation and inspection.
- A strong commitment to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
Quality Control Inspector (NDT Level II)

Certified NDT Level II inspector needed to perform UT, MT, and PT inspections on large weldments and machined components.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on weldments and machined parts using Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) methods.
- Interpret and document test results according to code requirements (ASME, AWS, API).
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain meticulous quality records.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring code compliance.
Qualifications:
- Current NDT Level II certification in UT, MT, and PT is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Thorough knowledge of international quality codes and standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
