Openex provides custom fabrication of heavy steel components including pressure vessels, rolled cylinders, structural frames, tank heads, flanges, H beams, vacuum chambers, and CNC-machined assemblies. We support forming, welding, machining, coating, and full assembly.
We work with a wide range of materials: carbon steel (A36, Q235, Q345), stainless steel (304, 316, 310), aluminum (6061 T6), high-strength steels (A572 GR50, Q690), nickel alloys (Inconel, Monel), duplex, and abrasion-resistant grades (Hardox 450, AR500).
We can fabricate components up to 100 meters in length, 8 meters in diameter, and 1000 tons in unit weight. Our equipment includes 10+ plate rolls, large-format CNC mills and borers, vertical turning lathes, and robotic welding systems.
Yes. Openex is certified to ISO 9001, ASME, API, and CE. We follow AWS, EN 1090, and other relevant welding and testing codes.
We produce metal parts, components, and assemblies involving single or combination processes. Our services mainly include metal fabrication, CNC machining, casting and forging.
Openex's factory is equipped with super heavy lifting equipment capable of moving components weighing up to 250 tons which makes it easier to transport heavy-duty metal parts. Large metal parts can be shipped from our seaside workshop.
We would like to have the detailed drawings and specifications of your projects, like 3D/CAD drawings, the requirement of materials and surface finish.
Yes, we have traceable quality record for the products shipped from us. If there is any mistake, we would commit to send replacement at our cost, or other suitable solutions based on discussions.
Mostly it takes one month for us to complete an order with a volume under one standard 20ft container or equivalent and 2-4 weeks to shipping. Sample or large volume production would take a longer time.
