Our 180-acre facility combines heavy structural fabrication, thermal stress relief, and large-scale gantry CNC milling to guarantee perfectly flat, parallel mounting pads for robotic linear guide rails.

Robotic Gantries & 7th Axis Rails

We fabricate extremely long structural tracks and overhead gantry crane bases. We utilize state-of-the-art CNC planer mills to machine perfectly parallel, full-length mounting surfaces, ensuring zero-bind, buttery smooth linear robotic travel.

Custom Machine Beds & Base Frames

Heavy weldments up to 250 tons designed for bespoke assembly lines, CNC machinery, and high-speed stamping. We conduct strict Post-Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT) in massive furnaces to eliminate all residual stresses, ensuring the frame won't warp after it leaves our factory.

Engineering Precision for Automation

When an automation integrator asks an ordinary fabrication shop to build a 20-meter frame, the heat from welding introduces massive internal distortion. Without specialized processes, that frame will twist, causing robotic tracks to misalign and burn out motors.

We solve this issue through our fully integrated manufacturing lifecycle:

1. Precision Welding

Strictly engineered weld-sequencing using advanced fixtures and rotary positioners to drastically minimize heat-affected distortion during assembly.

2. Thermal Stress Relief

The entire massive welded assembly is loaded into our heavy heat-treatment furnaces to bake out structural stress, essentially "freezing" the geometry perfectly.

3. Post-Milling & CMM

Only after stress-relief do we utilize 5-axis gantry mills to shave the mounting pads. The part is finally verified via Zeiss Large-Volume CMM inspection.
